What information does Applied Technologies collect?
When using the app; create you as a customer, report data, sign up for groups or anything else, you will always receive specific information about what information we collect about you, the legal basis for the processing, what we use your information for, how long we store the information, and about the being passed on to others. If necessary, you will be asked to give your consent to the processing of your personal data.
This privacy policy supplements this information and contains i.a. your rights in relation to, for example, the right to insight and deletion, information about appeal possibilities, etc. (see the section “Your rights” below).
Applied Technologies A/S collects personal information about your use of our website or our apps.
Who does Applied Technologies A/S share your information with?
You will always receive specific information about any transfer of your personal information to others, eg partners.
Storage of personal information etc.
Personal information collected and processed by Applied Technologies is stored partly by Applied Technologies and partly by Applied Technologies’ data processing providers. Applied Technologies uses i.a. suppliers that transmit data to third countries, ie countries outside the EU/EEA, in order to fulfill their agreement with Applied Technologies. Applied Technologies always requires that such data processing take place in accordance with applicable EU legislation.

Your rights
You have the right to be informed whether Applied Technologies processes personal information about you. If Applied Technologies processes personal information about you, you have the right to receive information about:
- What information we process
- The purpose (s) of the treatment
- Who Applied Technologies passes the information to
- How long Applied Technologies stores your information or the criteria used to determine the time period
If Applied Technologies ‘basis for processing your information is consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to Applied Technologies’ processing of your personal data. You will be specifically informed about how your consent can be revoked. This can be done, for example, by closing down your profile on my.baseapp.dk, via a link in an email etc.
You have the right to ask Applied Technologies to correct information about you if it is incorrect. If you have created a profile, you can also correct the information yourself.
You have the right to ask Applied Technologies to delete information about you, unless the law requires Applied Technologies to store the information for a certain period.
You have the right to request Applied Technologies to restrict the processing of your personal data. This means that Applied Technologies may only store your personal information while your objection is further investigated. You can not use this right if Applied Technologies has a payment claim against you, eg a non-payment for use etc.
You have the right to request that the personal information that you have given us be handed over, for example, in order to review it.
If you wish to complain about the processing of your personal data, you can contact Applied Technologies. If you do not agree with Applied Technologies’ response to your complaint, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency. Read more on www.datatilsynet.dk.
